Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Our Artisanal Food Products

At Hariram Namkeen, we take immense pride in crafting genuine Uttar Pradesh namkeen fried fresh in pure yellow mustard oil with zero preservatives, chemicals, or palm oil.

Because our items are perishable edible consumables, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or consumed food packages due to food safety and hygiene regulations. However, your complete satisfaction is our foremost priority ("ग्राहक देव तुल्य"), and we stand 100% behind the quality of every pack we ship.

2. Order Cancellations

Because all batches are prepared fresh upon receiving your order:

• You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, or at any time before your batch has entered the frying/dispatch cycle.
• To request a cancellation, immediately reach out to our team on WhatsApp at +91 63961 22920 or email namaste@hariramnamkeen.com with your order details.
• If the order has already been dispatched with our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled in transit.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your package meets any of the following conditions upon delivery:

• The outer shipping carton or the pack is punctured, crushed, or visibly damaged in transit.
• You received an incorrect product or missing packs compared to your invoice.
• There is an unusual quality defect or broken seal.

What to do: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Share a photo or short video showing the issue along with your order details via WhatsApp (+91 63961 22920) or email (namaste@hariramnamkeen.com).

Immediate Resolution: Once reviewed (usually within a few business hours), we will promptly offer you either:
1. A complimentary replacement pack dispatched at our own cost, OR
2. A full 100% refund credited back to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Timeframe

Once a refund is approved by our support desk:

• UPI & Instant Wallets: Processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Credit Card, Debit Card, & Net Banking: Processed and reflected in your banking account statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank.
