In our home kitchen here in Muzaffarnagar, there is a phrase we live by every single day: ‘Grahak Dev Tulya’. It translates to ‘the customer is equal to God.’ To some, this might sound like an old-fashioned business slogan. But to us, it is the very foundation of how we prepare, pack, and send our namkeen to your doorstep.
When you believe the person eating your food is a reflection of the divine, your entire process changes. You cannot feed them cheap ingredients. That is why we deliberately chose Kachi Ghani (cold-pressed, unrefined) mustard oil for every single batch we make. From day one, large industrial brands chose palm or refined vegetable oils to keep their costs low and shelf life long. We went the other way. We chose pure Kachi Ghani, even though it costs more and has a shorter shelf life, because honesty in food is non-negotiable.
Hand-Packed with Respect
This philosophy is most visible when we pack your orders. We do not have high-speed conveyor belts or automated packing funnels. Every single pouch of our namkeen is filled and sealed by hand in our small-batch kitchen.
Before a batch is packed, our spices are ground fresh in-house that very morning—never bought as pre-mixed industrial powders. We blend the rich, authentic namkeen heritage of Rajasthan with our own Uttar Pradesh style of preparation. When we place this fresh, aromatic namkeen into its packaging, we do it with the same care you would use when preparing an offering for a guest at home.
We ensure everything is pristine, clean, and handled with utmost respect. Our kitchen is fully FSSAI licensed (Lic. 22725393001461), ensuring that our home-style care meets the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
When you open a packet of Hariram Namkeen, we want you to smell the pungent warmth of real mustard oil and the brightness of freshly ground cloves and black pepper. More than that, we want you to feel the respect with which it was made. We are not just shipping a product; we are sending a gesture of gratitude from our home in Muzaffarnagar to yours.
